You can use your membership card to vote at congress, primaries and convention. As long as you registered before the list was curated and taken to INEC.
For example those who register now cannot participate in the coming congress because the list has been sent to INEC for the 21 days notice

@AirtelNigeria When taken to your office, it worked well but back to my office, with the same connection and the same network cable, it doesn't.
On the other hand, the devices with IDs 9111721092 and 8029602548 keep functioning intermittently, requiring a restart to work again.

@AirtelNigeria No need for a private conversation: three ODU devices were purchased for office and home use. The device with ID 9111721090 has stopped working and indicates no internet connection, despite having a valid subscription that is less than a week old.
