When the above has not been achieved it may prompt individuals to resist arrest thus escalating violence and in some cases murder by the officers.

@nzumariafrica It is total disregard of human rights by the police through use of excessive force, discrimination and stereotypes while combating citizens mostly in demonstatrations. Not withstanding the the fact they are bounded by oath to serve and protect the same rights they are violating.
