@GMB I think a charge at the same hourly rate as NLW should be made for failure to attend a pre planned appointment without cancellation or communication with the practice. Anything less I don’t think would deter people.

Under new plans, French patients will have to pay a penalty of €5 if they fail to turn up to a doctor’s appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice. But should patients who miss their GP appointments be fined?
