@pop3box @JhusLeftarm Devin's speed neutralize Norman's power. If you watch when Norman got hurt, they were both hooking and Devin won the exchange and the fight right there. Ryan's hook is faster than Devin's! Difference is, Ryan's hook stops people and Devin doesn't recover when hurt.
