📣 I'm thrilled to announce that today marks the beginning of a new chapter for me as CEO of @tryolabs. It's been a rollercoaster ride 🎢 of 12.5 years, most of which I've spent as CTO. The title stayed constant, in stark contrast to the ever-evolving nature of the responsibilities. Starting when AI was mostly a dream, we grew from a small consulting firm specializing in niche Silicon Valley startups to becoming the go-to AI partner for multiple global enterprises. We're enhancing decision-making with data-driven insights and revolutionizing operations through automation. We are helping our partners create internal capabilities and understand how AI can be transformative for their processes. Essentially, we're catalyzing organizational transformation by accelerating the adoption of AI. First and foremost, I'd like to thank the Board of Directors (@draix, @ernestorx, @emangare) for the vote of confidence. I know the decision to appoint a CEO is not taken lightly, and I am honored to be the one. Secondly, I owe immense gratitude to my dear friend @sebagon, who has been our CEO for the past six years. From Sebastián, I've gained invaluable lessons in business acumen, ROI-centric analytical thinking, maintaining composure even in times of crisis, and even discovering many of San Francisco's hidden gems. His leadership has been instrumental in structuring the company, fostering a professional management team, steering us to a 100% focus on AI, and elevating our capabilities to engage with the more diverse and demanding clientele of the present. I am completely sure that Sebastian will succeed in his new endeavor and our paths will cross again 🤗 I'd also like to extend my gratitude to @JenniEsteche, our COO, whose exceptional work has provided me with the peace of mind to take on this role — knowing I'm backed by someone I can fully trust. The same appreciation goes out to our management team and to those with whom I’ve worked more closely — Lucia, German, Gonzalo, Facundo, Alejandra, Lucía, Victoria, Diego, Agustina, Rodrigo, Tomás, Soledad, Fabrizio, Marcos — for their unwavering support and trustworthiness. And finally: thanks to everyone at Tryolabs, past and present members, for the amazing work through the years. I wouldn't have taken on this responsibility if I didn't have such a talented and wonderful team to support me 🩷 We couldn't have chosen a better market to be in. #AI is booming more than ever, and many organizations are just starting to grasp how much value they can unlock.
