What's comforting tho is that you've this Twitter channel (which was the first thing I could see while googling your hotline number) where we can find out what's wrong.
@M1Singapore I did one hour trouble-shooting, turn on and off my PC about five times. I almost called the hotline to come check the router or cable. This is the first time after more than a year with you actually.
