Be aware of the thoughts that appear right now. You don't have to go anywhere. Just this moment and the thoughts about it. Be present and see what's going on within you. As you do this, you find there is awareness of thoughts. Something is aware of thoughts. Don't conceptualize who that something is. Just be aware of thoughts for a while. You'll notice - thoughts don't seem much powerful. They are just limited viewpoints, not really the truth. Don't take all your thoughts seriously. This way they lose their power. Be rooted in present and be an alert watcher.
