Tomorrow will likely bring some of the largest crowds of the year to the National Mall. Driving is strongly discouraged, as heavy cherry blossom traffic will create long delays. Road closures on portions of 15th St., 17th St., and Independence Ave around the Washington Monument grounds will be in effect from 6am to 8pm. ⛔⛔⛔
