Agroforestry—the integration of trees into farming systems—could meaningfully address the problems facing Europe's agriculture landscapes. On March 26, CEPS will host an event with @EMEAorg, European Agroforestry Federation (EURAF) and the German Association for Agroforestry (DeFAF) to explore how agroforestry can be introduced across Europe. At the WE-LEAD Women Leadership Lounge, the session on “Unlocking the Brain Economy: Why Women’s Brain Health Is the Next Frontier” highlighted a critical truth: we cannot value what we do not measure. Today, women’s brain capital remains largely invisible due to the lack of sex- and gender-disaggregated data. A key takeaway was clear - measurement is the gateway to value. Without it, women’s cognitive health, productivity, and long-term potential continue to be underestimated. While healthcare is advancing toward precision medicine, it must equally embrace precision prevention. In conditions such as dementia, research shows that 40–50% of cases are preventable, making early and targeted prevention imperative. The discussion underscored the need to better understand modifiable risk factors, recognise sex and gender differences in outcomes and design personalised, not averaged interventions. Precision without prevention is incomplete and prevention without personalisation is ineffective. An important leadership insight also emerged: female collective leadership is essential to ensure brain health solutions are not only scalable, but safe, inclusive, and trusted. As the brain economy takes shape, its future will depend on data, prevention, personalization and women having a decisive voice at the table. The session was addressed by following keynote speakers: •Dr. Antonella Chadha, CEO, Women’s Brain Project •Rym Ayadi, Founder and President, Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association •George Vradenburg, Chairman, Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative •Zul Merali, Founder, Aga Khan Brain and Mind Institute •Manira Alva, Senior Advisor, SDGs, Leadership & Social Impact, Vital Voices Global Partnership #WeLead | #CIIAtDavos2026 | #INDIAatDavos2026 | #WEF26 |#BrainEconomy #WomensHealth @CII4Global @CIICWL @ChadhaAnt @womensbrainpro @EMEAorg @AKU_BMI
