The sexual patterns in this generation are wild, featuring multiple partners from all corners. Sex has become casual and easily accessible for many reasons. It takes a high level of discipline to listen, understand, and make better choices about how to live. We still need more sensitization for our children as early as seven years old, at every level of education, in churches, mosques, celebrity world, and in the corporate world. It is surprising that people in the corporate sector, who are assumed to be wise, still expose themselves and others to HIV risks. Everybody is a potential victim of the virus. A disciplined young man can end up with a young woman who has had multiple sex partners in pursuit of a 'good' life, just as a safe young woman can end up with a young man who chases sugar mummies for money. It takes discipline and intentional choices - such as getting tested multiple times before sex and seeking routine medical check-ups. Thanks to Kats for always speaking up about this virus.

I finally finished watching the podcast by @emeka_ug and @mckatsug , and I must say, Kats is an asset Uganda has yet to fully embrace. Kats should be on every school’s calendar, sitting down with young people and sharing his journey with HIV, his resilience, his acceptance, and the courage with which he has chosen to live openly. His story has the power to educate, inspire, and break the stigma surrounding HIV. To you @mckatsug God is all knowing I hope you keep serving his purpose.
