@pushthepetal @CuffyNate In all reality the likelihood of getting a coordinated ban phase to favor dive in ranked is still high if you use your mic or have a copy paste ready that explains the ban and purpose and you discuss it as a team

But I would still say that I don’t think it’s crazy to say they’re different environments by pointing out the difference in bans & the drastically lower likelihood of getting a coordinated ban phase to favor dive in ranked for the majority of ppl

@pushthepetal @CuffyNate Cuffy replied to the guy saying dive isnt meta with "self report". You replied to cuffy with reasons to invalidate that for ranked. Hence building an argument of it not being meta in ranked. In said message you didnt say it wasnt meta but it implied reading the chain reply.

@emeraldarrowmr @CuffyNate And ima reiterate, I never said if it was or wasn’t meta. I said they are not the same, they’re not by design. So ofc the success rate of things, comps, etc shouldn’t be either. IIRC ignite was believed responsible for caps last nerf

@pushthepetal @CuffyNate Also the reality is in ranked you don't need 6 man comms aslong as you call your target and ult rotation you will be fine. That is entirely possible on your on. Its the same game but you guys play it wrong. Your entire claim to invalidate dive not being meta is to call randoms

@emeraldarrowmr @CuffyNate Same game, not at all the same structure. 3 round by round bans for the enemy team, not universal, and protects should fundamentally change how you play and what you can facilitate. Especially with guaranteed 6 man comms. So ofc it absolutely won’t be played the same as ranked

@CuffyNate While ik you have the credentials and knowledge of the game… ranked & coordinated pro play are NOT the same. Different BAN SYSTEM, 6 stack of players who cant stack in their own rank, and guaranteed comms😭 nowhere near the same. No throwers, no one playing on bum hardware, etc
