At first, I was just playing around with teleoperation moving a robot arm, trying to complete simple tasks. It felt like a game. But then I realized something deeper every move I made was being recorded as real-world data. Not random data, but useful data that teaches AI how the physical world works. That’s when the word flywheel became clearer to me ➪ You operate a robot that creates high-quality data ➪ The data trains better AI models ➪ those models make robots smarter ➪ smarter robots make teleoperation easier ➪ and then you generate even better data. And the loop keeps going. It’s not just three separate parts (data, models, tele-op). They feed each other. The more people participate, the stronger the system becomes. What really changed my perspective was realizing that even mistakes matter. When the robot fails to grab something or moves awkwardly, that’s still valuable. It helps the model learn what not to do. So at that moment, I understood I wasn’t just controlling a robot. I was part of a system that is literally teaching machines how to interact with the real world step by step, action by action. And honestly… that’s when PrismaX stopped feeling like a platform, and started feeling like a living, learning engine.
