Why are the WSL so stupidly irritating? Was looking forward to being able to get to Pompey Women’s last game of the season but now it clashes with the men’s I guess that isn’t happening. Why move the league that plays on a Sunday to the Saturday for the last game? Odd

The final WSL weekend of the season takes place on Sat, 16 May (13:00). WSL 2 is Sat, 2 May (15:00). Play-off (bottom WSL & 3rd WSL 2) is Sat, 23 May. Live on BBC Two at 12.30. WSL & WSL 2 start dates for the 2026-27 season are 4-6 September. Final weekend is 21-23 May 2027.
