$16,000,000 is missing and the School Board doesn't care. The FCPS Superintendent spent $16,000,000 out of the district's contingency fund with out getting board approval. To make matters worse the amount in the fund was misrepresented at the start of budgeting this year and was not discovered until later. This father quickly points out how absurd it is that the majority board members just don't care, and the Chair has not even demanded an explanation from the Superintendent.
