Denial of Visa or he want to enter with expired Visa? Sir, with your level of exposure and as a former senator, you should know better about immigration law. Can you enter another man's country with expired visa? Can Nigeria immigration allow foreigners to enter Nigeria with expired visa?

The fact that the Europeans were allowed visa free doesn't justify traveling with expired visa. That is illegal. What about if the European countries and The Republic of South Africa (RSA) have Visa free entry reciprocity treaties? Does Nigeria and the RSA have Visa free entries reciprocity treaties? Can any Citizen of the RSA travel to Nigeria without visa or expired visa and allow to enter Nigeria without being returned back to the RSA

Next time sir, don't travel with expired Visa. Bigmanism, i am rich or 3 richest man in Africa only work in Nigeria where there is disregard for the rule of law. Other countries will not bent their law because you are the 3rd richest man in Africa. The law is the law. It is blind, no body is above it or below it regardless of your social status.

Now, I see the problem. That prominent African, 3rd richest and all other big names and title only work in Nigeria that has no respect for the rule of law. Unfortunately elsewhere, the law is the law. It is blind, it doesn't know if you are rich or poor. No one is above the law, no one is below the law. The law treat everybody equal. The third richest man in Africa should know better. You are traveling to another's continent with expired visa. Sorry, no preferential treatment. They can't break their law for you.

What was he saying? That somebody wanted to enter a country with an expired visa? The Europeans he was comparing to, were they just allow to enter visa free or the law of South Africa allow them to enter visa free? Is Nigeria as a country allow South African Citizen to enter Nigeria without Visa? Can Nigeria allow South Africa citizen with expired visa enter Nigeria?
