@Ivanyga2 Unfortunately, I only have one friend irl I see once every six months or a year, she has a lot of her own things to do, and sometimes there really aren't enough friends to meet in life and at least have some fun

@emirisu41 Honestly, it usually goes away on its own for me, but that's thanks to my surroundings. So, often, a good impression really helps. Friends, this is important. And I'm talking specifically about friends, not just people you enjoy hanging out with 😓

How do you deal with sadness? What helps you? day after day, I feel like I'm getting worse and worse mentally (sometimes it affects me physically) and even though I've only recently recovered from a virus with complications in my ears (now I can't hear well in one ear), I'm more worried that getting up is getting harder every day, I'm burned out almost everything, and it's like every action brings pain and frustration, disappointment in myself, in what I'm doing. I do not know how to deal with this. please share how you manage to get out of this state, what brings joy? I really need to do something about this, otherwise I won't be able to work properly, fighting every day with thoughts of ending it all. I'm sorry if I upset anyone with this post, I really need some advice:(
