@_Duncan_Ndegwa @rwakori @ImmigrationDept Very true.. I waited 4 months to get my biometrics capture and till today its not printed.. basically they passport application has taken 1yr since the day I paid. I keep repeating that until somebody helps.. (not sure it will happen though)

@ImmigrationDept I give credit where it's due. Went to renew my pasport on 28th Nov. Appointment was at 9:00 am and by 9:45 I was done. Staff are profffesinial, manager at Nyayo house greets everyone and goes round the counters making sure staff have reported.

@valqerubo @ImmigrationDept @ImmigrationDept I also would like to know the meaning of "status; loading" because mine has been like that since I took my biometrics in May and even after I visited the customer care desk.. nothing changed

@emm_ddee @ImmigrationDept I paid for my passport on June 27th this year, biometrics capture done in Sept 2nd. To date my passport is loading. Kindly advise when the same will be ready.

@keturaaziza @ImmigrationDept Mine isn't even in production... it says loading since May.. the last time I was there they said its not even in printing or awaiting printing

#AskImmigrationKE I paid for my passport in January 8th this year, biometrics capture done in May 17th (a long wait since Jan). To date my passport hasn't been printed yet & the lasttime I visited the immigration in October I was told there are no booklets. What's happening?
