You can actually work remotely if the host permits it.

In NJFP it's is stated, you can work remotely, onsite or Hybrid. If you as a host is not comfortable with the work mode preference, you can as well reject the fellow, not putting a specific amount of 50k to be paid for attendance signing.

They are requesting for 50k not 100k.
One thing to note is that NJFP doesn't work completely like NYSC, in NJFP it is even stated in their website you can choose to work remotely, onsite or Hybrid depending on the choice of the host organization or work mode preference.
