Quick tip for anyone applying for job roles - try and make the CV or coverletter relevant to the employer or role. "I am x,y,z..." (followed by generic list of attributes, skills etc) isn't nearly as impactful as "I can see that you are doing x, I have experience in x...."

Very early in my first job @BBCBooks a member of the public rang me to correct a mistake in our Match of the Day book. It was only at the end of the call that I realised the 'old man' was actually the author #JohnMotson and only today that I've realised he was only 49!
