@HMRCcustomers I was in the UK from late February 2024 - late April 2024 on a partner visa. In this time I had no job, and no income. The study debt services want a digital tax return (NOT P60), or written proof I had no job/income from HMRC. Anything, just need it on paper..

@HMRCcustomers Hi - I need a written proof that I had no income for the Dutch tax-office and Student debt services. I would love to explain the situation further in email and sent all relevant personal info there! On call they mentioned NI or postal code but I haven't lived there since May 2024

@HMRCcustomers I need help getting contact info, (phone is not an option). I need a written confirmation I had no income in the 2 months that I lived in the UK in 2024. I have no NI, and am not in the system. This document is relevant for my countries tax-office. Where do I mail?

Also: I have called before with the HMRC, but after 1h 35 minutes on the phone (and 20+ EU wasted), they just referred me back to the Dutch tax-office. Which in turn turned me back to them. I NEED A WRITTEN DOCUMENT, hence phone isn't an option.

Note: I have dealt with the HMRC before (Transfer of Residence), but can't log in to the digital services because I have no NI, nor an address in the UK.
