This project is supported by @InclusionLondon through their leadership programme and I’m also a Trustee. But the community is open to all Disabled people in the UK.

As a Disabled person who’s faced workplace discrimination, I know how isolating and damaging it can be for mental health and wellbeing. This community exists to empower Disabled people so no one has to face these challenges alone.

Introducing the Employment Access Alliance! The Employment Access Alliance is a new community where Disabled people can share workplace experiences, learn how to advocate for their rights, navigate discrimination, and support each other.
