I’m just going to stay inside this summer because today was already wayyy too hot for me. I almost passed out a couple of times. I think people don’t understand that some of us have temperature dysregulation issues and don’t like extreme heat due to that…

I can’t believe that there’s an A/C in this house that I can’t even use because my sister keeps turning it off when I turn it on. It’s just fucking inhumane&selfish. I keep hoping she will change her ways but she never will be the understanding&supportive sister I need.

ontario friends what the hell is happening to this weather

i need some advice from my disabled pals, especially those with mecfs. i was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome years ago and it’s only gotten worse and more significant. no doctor has diagnosed me with mecfs and i don’t want to jump to self diagnosis, but im unsure how to+

I need an advocate or a social worker. I never should’ve had to do any of this alone. I’m so exhausted.
