to be fair tho im not sure how much i weighed beforehand because i didnt check before i was admitted (also i was constipated as fuck so it wouldnt have been accurate anyway)

when i was hospitalized i was in the middle of bmi 15s and my disordered brain doesnt think that was small enough because i see so many people who are lower than that being ‘okay’ and still being able to maintain that if that makes sense idk this has been on my mind ever since

how the fuck did i just lose 7 pounds in 2 days?? obviously water weight & food weight but im just surprised cus its never fluctuated that much before😭😭
