@chiderror Good morning, are you able to provide me with a policy number? There is a way to stop the renewal on out website, you need to click into the Property Owners option and you will get a drop down with multiple different options, one being stopping the renewal. Regards, Agnes

@Endsleigh your website says I can call you 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. When I just called you (0333-2341552) at 5.09pm and pressed 5 for landlord insurance I get told we are open 9am to 5pm, please call back then. A really great customer experience ?
