i feel so disgusting in general, i am not proud of my attitude towards things and its my fault for enabling this behaviour. i can’t get out of this repetitive cycle , i usually don’t even recognise what day it is and when i become aware i realise im wasting my life away

i wanted to hide my blades in here but im just imagining a family member coming into my room thinking „oh some mints! wouldn’t hurt to have one before work” and then they open it and proceed to see my bloody blades …..yea no thanks
