@IR_CRB Honerable sir,We direct recurited SSE (BTech Engineers) still have not get any justice .Again classified in Group C since 30 yrs. As per NC JCM item SSE should be classified as Group B gazzeted status with carrier progression upto SAG to strengthen Techanical structure.

To all (JE/SSE) Railway board promote D-group MTS staff into group-C as you seen in given notification. Soon D-group staff promote to group-B and ENGINEERS remains in group-C. On which policy railway board is working...? @all_airef @directSSE_IR @allindiasse @ire_association

@Central_Railway It's 100% true to finish british system & monopoly. Indian Railways is largest technical organization of country but the Rly Ers (SSE/JE) known as backbone of Rly are humiliated & non-tech people are given more importance for which Rlys graph is going down.

Why ZERO promotion to Direct SSE(Graduate Engineers) in Indian Railways. Who joined railway in level 7(grade pay 4600) After financial upgradation letter No.RBE 155/2022 dt 17.11.22. It should be resolved by #GROUP_B_TO_DSSE.

@AprajitaSarangi @AshwiniVaishnaw Indian Railways is practically run by these Engineers (Supervisors) on ground......not by engineers/babus sitting in some AC chambers. For running IR safely & efficiently, it's important to keep their moral high by listening to their genuine historical grievances.
