Below screenshot is from irpwm manual, which is considered the rule book for every employees of pway department. It limit the section for double/multiple line upto 17-20km for one sectional PWI but on ground many PWI's are bound to work upto >40 km on DLI-TPZ line. Please revise

Recently an audio of (PWI-trackman) is viral in which Navin Kumar(tm) using abusing words. Against it PWI of Delhi div. reach drm office and demand for strict action. To @RailMinIndia, PWI works in rough and tough condition on sight. Pls make a committee to tackle problems of PWI

@rly_staff Same problem is going on with JE/SSE(PWI'S) of engineering department. Duty hr. is 24×7 with 8-10 hr. Daily fixed duty with no weekly rest & no LEAVE. It increases the chances of accident due to mental disturbance. Soon this system will collapse if board didn't awake. @PwayLobby

We JE/SSE of PWAY are committed for safety of trains movement but due to lack of improvement in our cadre we are facing several issues 1.Fix working hours. 2.Proper weekly rest. As we have big responsibility of track SAFETY,please resolve it soon @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia

Due to no rest, the problem of performance fatigue is being seen in SSE/JE/P-WAY. duty is not satisfactory on the site. It is necessary to ensure weekly rest of Pway Engineers by taking them out of "EXCLUDED CATEGORY". FIX DUTY HOURS #justiceforpwi @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw
