@tech_edu_burk @shirky17 Schools and libraries often have old flyers they are thrilled to give away. Use those to make roller coasters, catapults, design and build paper cities and houses...Paper projects are easier to store than cardboard and if you precut the paper it helps keep projects small

i feel stuck for ideas... lack of materials / storage space (no computers yet, ordering slow as most schools) can always find cardboard-but how many small cardboard projects til i lose them??? next thought is a character/monster cube out of cardboard

@engineerwpaper @GodwynMorris @make It works very well this way. The kids can flip through and find just what they want easily. Really gets them generating ideas. Plus they have to share which means teams form naturally. LOVE these projects!

@Mrs_Eden @dailystem Some great advice here. Underpinning STEM is the thinking that you are developing. No fancy tech required to start. Systems Thinking. Design Thinking. Scientific Thinking and Computational Thinking. All these can be done with paper and pencils. Check out @engineerwpaper @splat3d

@engineerwpaper @RosePillay1 A wonderful toy to make and throw! I would set a small figure in the basket. This game will surely provide great relaxation for the visual system, too—eye-teaming, tracking (smooth eye movement), figure/ground (for depth perception).
