No one is willing to protest in Juba, South Sudan. There is a heavy deployment of soldiers on nearly every street corner. The government appears to fear its own people, while citizens live in fear of their govemt. Fear has settled everywhere in South Sudan, quiet and constant.

Today looks to be the final day of the court session for Riek Machar and others' trial… And the fear is rising….. #SSOX
