Nobody will tell you this and I’m very very sorry for not saying it all these while cos I was promoting a currency prop firm.

There was never a better yesterday, I went back to synthetic after seeing a couple of screenshots on this space and in the space of one month I’ve done not less than $230k in total profit with less back and forth that currency always does. That to me is a big bag and I’m still in awe of it.

If you are to list top10 profitable traders in Africa with zero Fugazi my name will appear before you get to number 3… I’m that guy. I’m DUKE DARLS THE KING OF BOYS.
I did it for boys in my continent africa without scamming them or launching a prop firm to get rich off them. I got rich off trading and withdrawing and that’s exactly why I view myself as king. I have pride and ego but I’ve never seen a guru that doesn’t have it so I rest my case.
Things are moving fast now and I can’t slow it down even if I tried to. My inner circle fee is half a million naira and I have many men over there so I’ve got enough brothers and sisters to share bread with for a long time.
Some days I have fast motion some days I have slow motion but everyday I’m I’m having motion cos I’m DOL.

BACKROOM RENTAL REAL ESTATE 101
1️⃣ Make sure there's a demand for it in that location.
2️⃣ Get a good architect to comply with the municipal law with regards to building extensions.
3️⃣ In the case of outright departure from the zoning laws. Apply for re-zoning before embarking on such big project like the one in frame 2
4️⃣ Avoid fly-by-night builders. So, before you appoint a builder. Ask them to show you their previous projects and make sure you speak to at least three of their clients. Note that some builders have a painful story that would prompt you to pay them above the work they have done. And you won't see them again.
5️⃣ If it's a family building. Have a document that spell out the ownership, management, remittance and what will happen upon death of your parents and or in the case of sale.
6️⃣ Make sure there's prepaid water and electricity meter for each room.
7️⃣ Treat it as business. Have a Lease Agreement that protects you and is fair to the tenants.
8️⃣ Have a reliable Electrician and Plumber on Speed dial.
9️⃣ Set money aside for emergency repair.
🔟 Home owners association aren't your enemies. Take their interest into consideration . Manage them well and they will protect your interests. And if they don't. As long as you don't break the law. They will be strong.
1️⃣1️⃣ Speak to those who are experienced to assist you with your tax on the property.
