Well, #KidsNeedPlaygrounds is trending in Canada. Let's work to safely keep #ON playgrounds open if the data supports that they can safely open and we can put in some restrictions like we do with big biz. 😷 Pls RT if you agree. cc @fordnation @JohnTory

Herb Carnegie was one of the greatest hockey players to never play in the National Hockey League. He grew up practicing his hockey skills on icy ponds in #Toronto. It was said that race barrier prevented him from being signed.Learn more: bit.ly/38AcSYh #BlackHistoryMonth

I still remember a 2002 article about why Team Canada was too old to win olympic gold. Although subjective in perspective, at least I can now say this is objectively wrong. Worth the wait.

What do you think, is too much going on in the left chart, or is it clear? The right seems a bit flattened by the longer y-axis, and I don't really think it makes sense to lump the GTA in with the rest of Ontario. But, then, the fact the curves are crossing is noteworthy.

As of 6 p.m. Tuesday, Ontario's regional public health units are reporting 16,598 confirmed or probable cases of COVID-19, with 1,049 deaths. This is up 49 deaths and 430 new cases (or up a low 2.7%) in a bit over 24 hours. Meantime, the GTA trend is becoming clear:

Two years ago, 10 people were tragically killed in the Toronto van attack. Anne Marie D’Amico was one of those victims. Her family has since started the @damicofdn, which raised $275,000 for the @NYWS last year. Please considering donating to help end violence against women.
