often, i find it very rude to try to start discourse in places where it doesnt belong. being on both stationheads, theres like this weird feeling i have reading certain messages that i feel like would ostracize parts of the fandom and have a negative vibe

I'd like to disclaim that I generally try to avoid generalizations in my posts. if i want to show that something was a popular opinion i usually try to use past surveys and polls. When I post about obscure events, I do so knowing they're niche and not every lolita attended them.

@_bunnyblushes absolutely! esp in tiktok, you dont have time to scrutinize whether its a replica or not; you only care if it looks interesting. this is esp the case of lolitas who go viral for their style outside the community. standing out is so important there

@ensaybits Yeah! People already know how much a full brand coord goes for and that’s not particularly interesting. They want to see how you take all that brand and make it ‘you’! Attention spans are also short, so you have like 3 seconds max to make an impact 😅
