@enter_arc I could not be more disappointed in your customer service. After praising your case , the defective bottom part fell off and I immediately reported it to customer service looking for a solution. They asked for proof that I had a case and then went dark with no reply.

The Arc Pulse case for the iPhone 15 Pro is the definition of less is more. Spending $90 on an iPhone case seemed ridiculous, but the Arc Pulse has convinced me it’s worth it. This might be the last case I ever buy.

@1ilysoul @s1ckox Unfortunately, there are a lot of copycat products out there that are made of much lower quality materials and actually glue to your phone. We spend an enormous amount of resources to create a product that is precision fitted to each model and actually offers protection.
