You’re blowing $6k+/mo on ads, so why are your prospects broke and unqualified?… Why do they not pick up your setter's calls? Why do they no-show your calls? It's EASY Your pixel is trained on the wrong people. And it gets worse with each day your ads are up I spent the past weekend packaging EVERYTHING I KNOW about conditioning your pixel to eliminate unqualified leads and train Meta to find your best buyers… Into a 15-page master pixel conditioning masterclass. NO FLUFF or theoretical BS This is pulled from our ad accounts and is quite literally a step-by-step blueprint People pay us 5-figures $$$$ to implement this stuff. Inside, I reveal: - The core problem most businesses ignore when running paid ads - How to write ad messaging that filters bad leads BEFORE they ever click - The landing page congruence rules that qualify prospects before they book - How to structure your Typeform to route + reject unqualified leads automatically - The exact pixel event setup that trains Meta to find “buyers.” - CRM-triggered CAPI fires and warm audience exclusions for advanced signal quality - The full pre-launch pixel conditioning checklist - Plus TONNES more stuff I've used this EXACT framework to fix lead quality for businesses spending $5k-$100k+/mo on ads. You’re blowing $5k+/mo on ads, so why is your calendar getting dry?… Why are most of your prospects broke? Because you’ve built your landing page the WRONG way I spent the past weekend packaging EVERYTHING I KNOW about landing pages that spend 10k+/mo on ads & book calls at 3%+.... Into a 23-page gamma doc, miro board & A 40-minute video guide People pay us $4k+ to implement this stuff Inside, I reveal: - The key pieces for landing page conversion rate - The key components for effective messaging - How to write a headline that books calls (step-by-step) - The one section that impacts 90% of conversions - Plus tonnes more stuff I've fixed dozens of paid ads funnels with this EXACT strategy. If your show rates & close rates sucks, make sure you have these in place: 1. Confirmation page optimization 2. Value-dense email sequences 3. Content retargeting strategy 4. Salespeople's outreach Anything else?

Ads stuck? Scaling problems? it's rarely a magic hack you're missing it's almost ALWAYS solving the WRONG bottleneck so what do you do? run a bottleneck analysis to find the LEAK: STEP 1: map your funnel (VSL example): - cpm, ctr, app rate, book rate, show rate, qual rate, close rate, avg sale, roas STEP 2: collect 7-30 days of data for EACH - put it in a spreadsheet STEP 3: benchmark each metric (example): - application rate should be 3.5-7% - book call rate 3-6.5% - show rate 70%+ - qualified rate 75%+ STEP 4: find your choke point - LOW application rate? dig deeper: offer positioning, ad congruency, page speed, traffic quality? example: one client had a $50 cost per call BUT qualified rate was only 10% they were wasting money because of a leaky funnel Bottleneck analysis isn't just for "experts" it's a MUST for ANY budget

The biggest mistake I see in call funnels: Sending 1 reminder email before the call. Meanwhile, most people are doing research for 72 hours deciding if you're worth their time. - Send 4-6 emails per day. - Nurture them with content. - Turn your closers into cashiers. Or keep your 40% show rate. Your choice.

Stop asking "did you watch the video?" in your application. That question screams: "I have no idea how to frame people pre-call." If your leads aren't showing up educated, you failed at: - Confirmation page videos - Email sequences - Long & short content nurturing Fix your funnel. Fire that question.

Your pixel doesn't give a shit about "qualified applicants" It only cares about people who SCHEDULE. I was sending unqualified leads back to Facebook for 4 months. The algorithm thought I wanted more broke people. Pixel conditioning isn't optional. It's everything.

3 things you never do in a call funnel: 1. Use an opt-in page (artificially inflates cost per call 2x) 2. Separate your application and scheduler (50% drop off) 3. Send reminder emails instead of value emails (RIP your show rate) I've seen this kill $100K in potential revenue per month.

I used to think posting content consistently was the only way to sell high-ticket. Then I launched a call funnel: - 3-5% of page traffic books calls - 60-70% show rates - 15-20% close rates on ONE call I know a lot of people doing $100K+ months without ever going live. The secret? Making salespeople unnecessary.

Want to hit $100K/month with a call funnel? Here's the math: - $30K ad spend - $200 cost per call = 150 calls - 70% show rate = 105 showed - 15% close rate = 15 deals - $7,500 average = $112,500 It's just math. Most people just suck at math.

It’s always the right move to invest in better customer fulfilment to temporarily reduce margins but free up your time and deliver a better service. You will retain more customers and acquire more with your new time back. This is essentially how you scale any business.

The people who are posting ai is gonna take away jobs are literally the first people whose job ai will take. People like bartenders, chefs, construction workers are far off being replaced.
