🇱🇧🇮🇱 Hezbollah just said it came out of the war stronger. Senior official Nawaf al Moussawi claims Iran’s post war position has boosted the group’s power as a fragile ceasefire holds in Lebanon. He warns there will be no surrender. And adds a direct political threat: if Lebanon’s president meets Netanyahu, he says that president would lose legitimacy. The ceasefire itself is only 10 days long, after 6 weeks of fighting between Hezbollah and Israel. But it’s already unstable. Attacks are still happening, with reports of strikes after the deal that left at least one person dead and others injured. Hezbollah is framing this moment as a win, not a pause.
