We’ve just published a walkthrough demonstrating how the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard v3 was be digitized and can be used using the @Hedera Guardian. The policy translates the written methodology into a structured digital workflow covering: • organizational and operational boundary definition • scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions sources • activity data collection • emissions calculations using standardized factors • product carbon footprint generation • assurance provider review • tokenization of verified emissions records The implementation, including schemas, calculation tools, and documentation, is currently available on the Guardian develop branch for review. Yes. In our stack, payment handles execution, but identity is handled separately through cryptographic identity. Each agent is anchored to a DID or ERC-8004 identity record, which provides a persistent, verifiable identity layer. So it’s not just “did $0.10 arrive.” It’s: The agent has a cryptographic identity (DID / ERC-8004). That identity can be linked to credentials or an organization. Payment simply authorizes execution within that identity context.

@env_blockchain Payment-as-authorization works for simple agent execution. But for high-stakes scenarios — an agent managing your medical records or signing contracts — you need identity verification beyond "did $0.10 arrive." That's where cryptographic identity + behavioral trust comes in.

1/ First...The techy thing. We built a full AI agent identity + x402 payment platform that runs on #Base, #Ethereum, #Solana, and #Hedera. @tacitprotocol In our demo, no one verifies the human principal. What’s enforced is a rule: if the required $0.10 USDC is sent to the correct wallet and confirmed on-chain, the agent runs. If not, it doesn’t. So in this flow, authorization is based on verified payment.

@env_blockchain This is the right stack — identity + payments as composable primitives. The agent economy can't scale without both. Key question: who verifies the human principal behind each agent? That's the trust gap between "agent has a wallet" and "agent is authorized to act."

The Managed Hedera Guardian Service is going GA soon with Automatic Transaction Processing (ATP) at the forefront of new features. Consumption-based access to the Guardian infrastructure will bring in the next phase of digital #MRV.
