@eoinser Hi Eoin,On our Streaming TV platform you are unable to record content from the BBC or RTÉ. This is due to the rights holders refusing all third-party requests to record the channels. We are always open to continuing discussions to facilitate this feature for our customers. ^Katie

Beware anybody changing to the new @VirginMediaIE TV boxes. Lots of stations that you can’t record on, but could on old box. They are not advising customers of this. 😡😡
