@VirginMediaIE Absolutely shocking customer service. Firstly refusing to take a complaint over the phone and then eventually after do so and PROMISING a call back within 24-48 hours I get a text to say the issue had been resolved and closed with giving me any further details.

@RoyalCaribbean hi. Trying to add the drinks package to our cruise in March but keeps changing from USD to EUR and costing a lot more.

@RoyalCaribbean Hi Zack. $65 dollars is converting to €73 which make no sense. It should be closer to €58 per day. It’s a difference over 7 days considering 2 drinks packages have to be purchased together. Can we pay in USD?
