@lilablod i think it would be possible but if you toned your body your bmi would *technically* go up because your muscle mass would increase and your fat would decrease, and muscle mass does weigh more but your body measurements would stay the same or even better 😅

can i tone my body once I reach bmi 15.6 and stick to a maintenance diet? or would it be impossible to gain muscle?

@lilablod it could also be jealousy or simply thinking you look nice as well though? when i was underweight people would stare at me more but i also got a lot more compliments but idk bcuz i like more in a city environment with more skinny ppl so we r in diff situations

i liked being very thin, but sometimes i felt like I was a burden to others I could feel them staring at me and thought they were disgusted by the way I looked i still remember when i went to the mall for lunch with a friend, and a schoolgirl was staring at me from head to toe
