In response to some of your concerns, we are going to do our best to make some changes:
1. We are going to aim to answer more questions, more often, to help better communicate with our community on social media.
2. We will increase the availability to talk to us via Twitter DMs for those of you who need support with quick questions. Please email the support team for account help, though!
3. We are going to aim to be generally more active where possible, to help get responses to you in a more timely manner.
Our community team is working hard to catch up with DMs, so please bear with us! We also have some new additions to our support team to help catch up with our emails as well. We received a huge influx of emails since campus 3 released, so please try to be patient.
