Every person I know who is very definitely Republican wants to tell me how things should be and who is beneath them. The hierarchy varies but it’s usually there. The definitively Democratic want health insurance and to feed the hungry. I myself am pretty conservative in MANY ways, but I am INVESTED in choice and personal freedom for EVERYONE. I don’t know what to do about a lot of things, but if someone is transgender or LGBTQ I give zero fucks. Do we need to figure some stuff out about that, sure but I believe we are capable of that. I don’t think the government should have ANY say in a persons body. Women need access to menstrual supplies, birth control and reproductive care (including abortions). Because I don’t know their life. Men need access to birth control too. Sexual education is literally biology. I honestly don’t really know why people want to get involved in other people’s business…it’s their life, not yours… People focus on failures and criminals with trans people or immigrants but maybe we should talk about how many serial killers are republicans from Christian backgrounds… There are bad people everywhere from every side.
