Delighted to share that I’ve been promoted to Professor of Politics and Public Administration at @TorontoMet. It is a great privilege to work at an institution committed to inclusive learning, public scholarship and civic engagement. Indebted to many students, research assistants and colleagues at TMU, and to mentors and partners in the wider community and global academy, for their inspiration and support.

Zelaya is wrong: gerrymandering is not possible in Canada because of how the electoral boundaries are redistributed every 10 yrs to match population changes made by non-partisan commissions for each province. Boundaries are not redistributed by the Government.
