@Biz2Credit I am having major issues. I have submitted at least 9 applications on your platform. That is as far as I can go. I have no idea how to follow what is going on. My clients cannot follow. I have asked for help multiple times via email. I cannot do what they say I can do

I feel awful I put my clients on this situation. I am so upset... phone calls get no answer. Emails do not help... this is a train wreck for me

@AICPA I am EXTREMELY frustrated with @Biz2Credit. I can’t process PPP loans and no one on the support staff can help. I have twenty clients whose livelihoods are on the line and I paid $1,000 for a product that doesn’t work and no one can tell me why.

@IntuitAccts Can't respond to email received, but an increase from $1-$3 for QuickBooks Desktop Payments ACH Bank transfer is a bit extreme. Please explain why this pricing is so different than QuickBooks Online. Not every business is able to use Qbks Online.

@insynq @RayFicken Oh I sent an email to him yesterday. Waited on hold for 5 hours also, only to finally hang up because clearly noone was going to speak to me. I still have not gotten a response from my email.

@RayFicken Hi Ray- nearly 100% of our customers’ desktops are restored. Files should be available and most have all of their apps. There’s still work to do to decrypt files and restore some applications. We’re working over the weekend and as quickly as possible to make this happen.
