@aslanon selamlar. Creavit kullanımı ile ilgili bir DM gönderdim, mesaj kutusunda kaybolma ihtimaline karşı buradan da yazmak istedim. :)

Full piece today, with the parasocial trust research, the Pennebaker work, the human favoritism studies, and the complete audit protocol: blog.heynews.co/newsletter-voi… (We built app.heynews.co to start by listening to your archive. Because any system that hands you a draft should be listening to you first.)

You can audit your own voice this afternoon. Three readings of your archive: The Fingerprint Read: Open your last five issues. Scan for function word patterns. Where do sentences start with "And" or "But"? What transitional phrases do you return to? Thick, consistent patterns mean voice intact. Thin and variable means voice already drifting. The Five Issue Listen: Read the same five issues aloud, in order. Does the same person seem to be reading? Do you transition between ideas in similar ways? Does the rhythm of sentence lengths stay recognizable? The Stranger Test: Strip identifying details from one of your paragraphs. Show it to a friend alongside a paragraph from another newsletter in your niche. Can they tell them apart? Forty five minutes. More honest information about your newsletter than most paid audits will give you.

There's a moment every newsletter creator experiences eventually. You miss your usual Tuesday send. Life got in the way, or the draft wasn't ready. You figure nobody will notice. By Tuesday afternoon, three emails arrive: "Everything okay?" "I thought my filter ate it." "Missing the read." Part of you feels flattered. Part of you feels a pressure you did not bargain for. You set out to write about a topic you cared about. Becoming someone whose absence anyone would notice was never the plan. Those three emails are the sound of a relationship you built one issue at a time. Your readers did not subscribe to your topic. They subscribed to a voice. And that voice is more fragile than most creators realize, now that AI is in the drafting seat.

We just opened HeyNews to everyone. 14-day free trial. Connect your newsletter, and your first draft is about 5 clicks away. Launch price is $150/month (half off until June 30). If you're a newsletter creator who's tired of the grind but refuses to sound like a robot, this is what we built for you. heynews.co

550+ issues. 10+ formats. A team of three. Not because we worked harder. Because we stopped doing the work that didn't need a human. The editorial judgment is still mine. The taste is still mine. The 6-hour grind behind each issue is not.

I've edited and published 550+ #newsletter issues in the last year. Not as a media company with a 20-person newsroom. As one half of a two-person content operation. Here's what made that possible. 🧵
