this is affecting people OUTSIDE of the internet this isnt just some "let me use my silly words" thing, this is harmful to those affected by the issues at hand. just thought id share my opinion, as a diagnosed autistic person with misophonia and sensory processing disorder

not going into it much though, people have always had a tendency to not take it seriously when i say im overstimulated, either saying stuff like "its not a big deal" or acting like im burdening them watering down these terms is going to make this problem even WORSE

quick rant as much as a lot of things genuinely arent problems on the internet, THIS is a problem even if it sounds "too woke" i have to deal with overstimulation every single day, it feels physically painful for me, its hard to describe but think of a panic attack but much worse
