I do not respect the Big Ten in baseball at all. The top 5 teams in the ACC and SEC would have the exact same record as UCLA if they played in the Big Ten. Disagree if you like, but you know I’m right.

My secondary school is Auburn but I do agree that sec gets every advantage and benefit of the doubt. Dudes are already making up new metrics this year for them 😂

RPI is there but Nebraska would be a very tough sell for a Top 8 for me. 1-2 in two most important non conf weekends, 1 marquee league series win. I like them as a host -- but certainly not as a T8.

This is weird. Didn’t win the SEC regular season or conference title. I guess second place isn’t first loser. I would have guessed Nebraska earned the No. 1 overall seed.

@PEARatings And yet somehow Nebraska drew GCU and Louisville which you both have as a 2 seed in other regionals. Something doesn’t add up here.

With the Softball selection show tonight, this is how NET would seed the bracket given the automatic qualifiers. Since this doesn't consider regional proximity, consider the seed groupings rather than the regionals. Georgia is #17, which would be NET's first non-host.

@iKalebHenry SoDak, and the 23rd and 25th ranked teams in the country in a regional. Yeah that totally makes sense considering other schools got 2 mid majors and a top 25 seed in their regional.
