@oloflundh Great I will email you. I of course can't share EFD's internal documents but I can tell you more about what our proposal is, the process for creating it with input from clubs, and why we feel it's favorable to EFD.

@oloflundh ...has been created with extensive input from clubs. It provides upfront funding and full-time support to EFD and clubs to grow their fan bases and their revenues. It provides ways to stop if things aren't working. It is long-term so we are aligned on long-term growth together.

Another great episode from my friend @ericcopeck on valuing entertainment IP. Good thoughts on: - the pecking order among rightsholders - value vs. cashflows - what makes music more investable than other media - persona-driven vs. evergreen - adaptations open.spotify.com/episode/6AfuF3…

Hype & investment in web3 gaming ($3.6B in 2021, $3.7B in 2022) collapsed. Axie Infinity went from over 1m daily active wallets to just 9k in Jan 2023 & the top 10 web3 gaming tokens lost on average 97% of their value. What happened & what future does blockchain have in games?

@noahchestnut @TheAthletic I amazes me more publishers haven't adopted this. Not only is it feedback on readers' perception of the quality of content, it's deepens the reader relationship...makes them start contributing and feeling heard in a small way. I suspect it's a gateway drug to commenting.

When a subscription product includes a "feedback" option by default, do you go out of your way to game it? ex: @TheAthletic asks "What did you think of this story?" at the end of each article. I'll always smash "awesome" for my small market team's beat writers
