@SpiritAirlines just witnessed one of your rebooking agents at MCO leave in tears from the shit show you created. Her supervisor consoled her and took her away. Kudos to that supervisor. But now we’re without anyone to rebook us after our 6+ hr wait in line. DO BETTER. NOW.

. @SpiritAirlines you should be ashamed at how you’ve handled this fiasco at MCO. No line management. Been in rebooking/refund line for 3.5 hrs. Yelling matches between customers and with staff. Security and police trying to manage your screw up. Fail. Fail. Fail.

. @SpiritAirlines cancelled flight from MCO to CMH with ZERO notice why after waiting at gate for 2 hours. On hold on phone for 10 mins before call was cut. No reply via chat for 90 mins. Line after line after line. Awful experience. Get your cust svc in order.
