@MaryamAlausa It's definitely a cool idea! I think there's also a phase II trial recruiting in Italy. Even a modest reduction in the length of the disease (like 1-2 days) could be really impactful for hospitals caring for many patients.

Question for pulmonologists/immunologists.
If ARDS is the most pressing complication of COVID19–can the specific pro inflammatory cytokines involved be targetted to limit the need for prolonged ventilator usage?

@Noahpinion Do you have thoughts on what the main bottlenecks are to increasing testing capacity? I'm hearing RT-qPCR kits are limiting...but don't know much more about how the US can make more.
