Your job over the next couple of years is to preserve capital, hedge, and avoid debt—in the safest way possible. A fearful market is a bullish setup; a euphoric market is a bearish setup. I still see plenty of fear.

Anyone else truly appreciate just how dire this country is in right now? Do you know the inflationary impact of fuel and food prices that even the most optimistic forecasts are showing? Why aren't we storming every parliament house, state and federal, and demanding answers?

The property manager emailed to raise the rent on our investment property from $560 to $600 per week. I feel I have an obligation to protect my tenant. This isn’t fair. The solution for most is just to raise costs. This isn’t going to end well.
